1. The service
LogosFountain provides access to digital audiobook and reading pages for classic literature and related texts. The service is designed for personal reading, listening, study, and memorization practice.
Core features may include chapter-based audio playback, readable text, synchronized or semi-synchronized text movement, typography settings, repeat controls, recall-pause behavior, and basic reading or listening progress.
2. Memorization helper features
LogosFountain may include tools intended to help memorization and recall, such as repeated playback, repeat ranges, adjustable playback speed, pause-before-recall or recall-pause behavior, and text/audio navigation aids.
These features are learning aids. We do not guarantee any particular learning result, memory improvement, test score, academic outcome, or language-learning outcome.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to access purchased content, your library, entitlements, saved progress, or account-related features. You are responsible for keeping your login access secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
If we believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, scraping, redistribution, unauthorized sharing, or security attacks, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access as reasonably necessary.
4. Purchases and access
A purchase gives you personal access to the specific digital content or collection described at the time of purchase. A purchase does not transfer ownership of any website code, player software, audio files, metadata, alignment data, edited text formatting, collection packaging, or other LogosFountain service materials.
Digital access may begin immediately after purchase or entitlement activation. Your access may depend on your account, our hosting providers, payment processing, and the continued operation of the service.
5. Acceptable use
You may use LogosFountain for personal reading, listening, study, and memorization practice. You may not use the service to:
- redistribute, resell, publicly stream, or commercially exploit paid access or service materials;
- share your account or entitlement access in a way that avoids payment or access controls;
- bulk download, scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the service except where legally permitted;
- interfere with security, payments, accounts, entitlements, or other users’ access;
- use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Content and rights
Many works presented on LogosFountain may be based on public-domain source texts or public-domain audio recordings. Public-domain status can vary by country. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use in your location.
Even where the underlying source work is public domain, LogosFountain’s website, player, interface, collection structure, metadata, formatting, alignment data, edited presentation, and other service materials may be protected by copyright, database rights, contract rights, or other rights.
7. Updates and saved positions
We may correct, reformat, resegment, rearrange, improve, replace, or remove text, audio, metadata, synchronization markers, player behavior, repeat behavior, recall-pause behavior, or other features over time.
Saved positions, bookmarks, highlights, line references, repeat ranges, recall-pause locations, and synchronization markers are convenience features. Because text and audio alignment may be improved or resegmented, these positions may occasionally shift, reset, or require recalculation.
Ordinary changes to line breaks, paragraph segmentation, formatting, sync markers, repeat markers, recall-pause behavior, or player UI do not by themselves mean the purchased content is defective, as long as access to the purchased content remains materially available as described.
8. Availability
We try to keep LogosFountain available and functional, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, hosting issues, payment-provider issues, network problems, browser changes, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may change or discontinue features, pages, collections, or service components. If a change materially affects purchased access, we will try to provide a reasonable fix, replacement access, alternative version, or refund where appropriate or required by law.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Because LogosFountain provides digital content, purchases are generally final once access, streaming, downloading, or entitlement activation begins, except where required by applicable law.
10. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights, cancellation rights, warranty rights, or digital-content rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.
