1. Summary
LogosFountain sells or provides access to digital audiobook and reading content. Because digital content can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once access, streaming, downloading, or entitlement activation begins, except where required by applicable law.
When something goes wrong, our first goal is to restore access or fix the issue. If we cannot reasonably fix a material problem, we may provide alternative access, a credit, or a refund where appropriate or legally required.
2. Digital content
By purchasing or activating access, you may receive immediate digital access to the selected work or collection. At checkout or access activation, you may be asked to acknowledge that refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights may be limited after digital access begins, except where required by law.
3. When a refund may be available
A refund, repair, replacement, credit, or alternative access may be available if:
- you were charged twice for the same item by mistake;
- the wrong work or collection was delivered;
- purchased content is materially incomplete compared with its description;
- purchased content is inaccessible because of a LogosFountain technical issue that we cannot reasonably fix;
- audio or text access is materially defective and remains unusable after reasonable troubleshooting;
- a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
4. What is not usually refundable
Refunds are not usually provided for:
- change of mind after digital access has begun;
- failure to achieve a particular memorization, study, exam, language-learning, or productivity result;
- temporary interruption caused by your device, browser settings, local network, or third-party connection problems;
- minor typos, formatting changes, metadata changes, line-break changes, or paragraph segmentation changes;
- ordinary updates to player behavior, repeat behavior, recall-pause behavior, synchronization markers, or visual design;
- loss of access caused by violation of the Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing, scraping, or redistribution.
5. Formatting, sync, and memorization-helper updates
LogosFountain may update text segmentation, line breaks, paragraphs, synchronization markers, repeat ranges, recall-pause behavior, player controls, saved-position behavior, metadata, and other presentation details as part of maintenance and improvement.
These changes do not by themselves qualify for a refund unless they materially prevent access to purchased content or substantially impair the product as described at the time of purchase.
Saved positions, bookmarks, highlights, repeat ranges, and recall-pause locations are convenience features. They may shift, reset, or require recalculation after updates.
6. How to request help
If you have a purchase or access problem, contact us at logosfountain@gmail.com. Include the email address used for the account, the work or collection name, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the problem.
Please contact us as soon as practical. Where possible, we may ask you to try reasonable troubleshooting steps, such as signing in again, trying another browser, refreshing entitlement access, or checking whether the issue is device-specific.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or digital-content rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.
